Generally good. Wouldn’t class as a 4 star. 3 night stay while working in Veauche. Rooms comfortable and clean. Restaurant reasonable. Good Breakfast choice from an English person’s perspective. Staff helpful, especially as my French is schoolboy French from 40 years ago.

Rooms are old. Expensive for what you get. Wake up call was half an hour too late. Room was not cleaned ; however this service was promised twice by the reception. Received a rude answer.

When you are traveling you get tired. When you get tired and hungry you need a nice and clean place to stay. We found it all at this hotel, but furthermore the workers in the hotel (all of them) were so nice and helpful that it made us write this here and now. So thank you HOTEL BY GEORGETTE - BEST WESTERN

I'm used to stay at this hotel quite often, but this time not everything was runing well. Pleasant service during rich breakfast and evening at the bar. But room was not cleaned whole week (28.3.-1.4.), last evening I asked at reception for wake-up call at 5:30 and breakfast bag (breakfast starting at 6.00,my taxi left also at six), which was confirmed, but ungortunately not performed. Even the guy at reception was smiling, when I claimed the services. I didn't have good feeling this time.
